Albuquerque Home Expo Guide: October 23–25, 2026

The Albuquerque Home Expo comes to the Albuquerque Convention Center downtown, October 23–25, 2026. Local and national home improvement companies set up under one roof, and admission is free. Here’s how to get the most out of your visit.
Expo hours and location
- Friday, October 23: 12 pm – 6 pm
- Saturday, October 24: 10 am – 5 pm
- Sunday, October 25: 11 am – 4 pm
Albuquerque Convention Center, 401 2nd St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. It’s an easy drive from Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales, Los Lunas, Belen and the East Mountains.
1. Reserve your free ticket first
Grab your free ticket on Eventbrite so you can walk right in.
2. Make a short project list
Write down the two or three projects you’re most serious about: refrigerated air or a heat pump, solar panels, a new roof or stucco repair, replacement windows, xeriscaping, or a kitchen or bathroom remodel. Check the exhibitor list as companies are announced.
3. Bring photos, measurements and a recent utility bill
Photos of the space and rough measurements help exhibitors give you real ideas and pricing on the spot. A recent PNM or gas bill is handy when you talk about solar, insulation, windows or HVAC.
4. Compare at least three quotes
The biggest advantage of a home expo is that competing companies are steps apart. Talk to several pros about the same project, ask about licensing and insurance, warranties and timelines, and compare.
5. Ask about expo-only specials
Many exhibitors offer discounts and financing deals that only apply to appointments booked at the expo. Ask every booth you visit.
6. Come Friday or Sunday for shorter lines
Saturday is usually the busiest day. If you want longer conversations with exhibitors, Friday afternoon and Sunday are quieter.
